It is not political mileage gain…

One would be VERY mistaken to think that airing of Kitui drought situation is political bound. Such thoughts by anyone are against people’s welfare and aim of devolution at the same time. It should not be a blame game of who has done or not done what but it should be a wake up call for both county government and National government. I believe our leaders and more so county leaders will address at this positively and action.
